The Role:

As R&D Category Manager, you’ll be at the intersection of science and strategy. You'll lead global category plans across R&D, driving supplier innovation, building long-term partnerships, and creating value that powers product breakthroughs. This isn’t about just saving cost—it’s about unlocking potential.

• Own and lead R&D category strategy: Think formulations, packaging innovation, external labs, and more.
• Partner with R&D, Procurement, and Commercial teams across the globe.
• Drive supplier innovation and value beyond the price tag.
• Lead cross-functional projects that deliver real-world results.

Ensuring Your Success

You will posses demonstable experience within Category or Strategic Procurement, ideally in R&D, Professional Services, or Indirects. A Global mindset with experience in complex, matrixed environments. A natural business partner—collaborative, credible, and commercially sharp. Passion for innovation and value creation, not just cost savings. Comfortable in ambiguity—you’ll be shaping new ways of working.
