�? Interim Housing Procurement Opportunity ?? Hybrid ?? Up to £500/day (Inside IR35) ? 6 months

We're looking for an experienced Housing Procurement Specialist to support a high-profile public sector programme on an interim basis.This is a hands-on delivery role requiring someone who can hit the ground running and bring deep expertise in housing-related procurement within a Local Authority or Housing Association setting.

?? What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading procurements for housing development and regeneration projects
• Developing procurement strategies and tender documentation
• Supporting governance, compliance, and contract award processes
• Engaging with internal stakeholders and external delivery partners

?? Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in housing procurement (development, maintenance, or regeneration)
• Background in a Local Authority housing team or Housing Association
• Completion of the PA23 10-module training (essential)
• Strong understanding of public procurement regulations
• Confident managing end-to-end procurement processes independently
