Your new companyOur client is a well-regarded defendant law firm with offices across the UK. They are currently recruiting for a Casualty Fraud Solicitor with a minimum of 2+ years PQE to join their Belfast office. The firm offers a competitive salary and hybrid working structure. Your new roleThis Casualty Fraud Solicitor role will see you:

• Work collaboratively as part of an award-winning team dealing with pre-litigated and litigated claims.
• Attend County Courts and the High Court in-person or remotely.
• Handle a caseload of claims in both the County Court and High Court jurisdictions.
• Claims will be predominantly casualty fraud with the potential for motor and credit hire fraud.
• Cases will be on a mix of delegated and non-delegated authority.
• Act as point of contact for a range of large insurer clients.
• Hit annual fee and chargeable hour targets.
• Comply with client SLAs and internal KPIs.

What you'll need to succeedYou should be a qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE. Previous defendant fraud experience is preferable. Applicants from claimant and defendant backgrounds with litigated EL/PL experience may also be considered. Knowledge of motor and credit hire is beneficial.
