City Elite are seeking a Case Manager to join our clients dynamic bridging finance team!

Note: A minimum of 2 years of experience in the Bridging Finance sector is required.

Our Client, a specialist lender providing short-term property finance, is seeking a talented and driven Case Manager to join their fast-growing team in London.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a rewarding career in the finance sector, with clear pathways to progress into senior roles such as Underwriter or Business Development Manager. We are looking for an organised, commercially savvy individual with strong interpersonal skills and meticulous attention to detail.

The successful candidate will manage the full loan process, balancing administrative efficiency with strategic decision-making to ensure deals are structured effectively and progress seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative duties.
  • Instructing valuations and preparing accurate loan terms.
  • Liaising with brokers and borrowers to maintain clear communication and ensure timely deal progression.
  • Collecting and verifying KYC/AML documentation to meet regulatory standards.

Strategic and Commercial Duties:

  • Structuring deals to align with client needs and commercial objectives.
  • Evaluating the commercial viability and credit risk of loan applications.
  • Negotiating terms with brokers to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborating with underwriters to ensure smooth loan processing and making commercial judgments as needed.
  • Overseeing the seamless progression of loans through internal systems.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in financial services in bridging finance, lending, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess credit risk and commercial viability.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for engaging with brokers, borrowers, and internal teams.
  • High attention to detail, particularly for KYC/AML documentation and administrative tasks.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM or loan management systems.
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple cases while prioritizing effectively.
  • A collaborative professional with ambition to grow within the finance industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

Work Location: 4 days in the office and Friday's from home.

Salary : 30000 - 35000
