Case Handler – Private Remortgage

Location: Maidenhead Hours: Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm

Salary: From £24,000 - £28,000| Hybrid Working: Available after training

About the Role:

Our client, one of the UK’s leading residential legal service providers, is looking for an experienced Case Handler to join their growing Private Remortgage team. You’ll manage a high-volume caseload from instruction to completion using bespoke case management software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a busy caseload, prioritising tasks to meet deadlines
• Handle all aspects of remortgage transactions accurately and compliantly
• Communicate effectively with clients, brokers, and third parties
• Respond to client queries within 24 hours
• Work collaboratively with your team and support other teams when needed

Requirements:

• Experience handling remortgage or conveyancing files
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management
• Familiar with case management systems
