Case Handler - TCC Group : Job Details

We are looking to recruit a team of Case Handlers to assist our client, a major UK wealth manager, with support to their Financial Advisors.

Suitable candidates should have a strong background in case handling and be comfortable on the phone.

You will be required to work on a hybrid basis from the clients central Southampton offices.

This role will be on an initial 3 month contract on a day rate of £200 per day inside IR35.

Key responsibilities:

- Provide day to day support to the Financial Advisors over the telephone and email

- Offer guidance and support as required to ensure a swift resolution

- Assist with data gathering for client files

- Manage and take ownership of day to day to BAU issues

To be suitable for this role you will have:

- A strong background in Financial Services

- Previous experience in Case Handling and or Data Gathering

- Excellent communications skills and be confident on the phone
