Location: Covering CR & BR postcodes | Depot: Rochester, KentHours: 39 hours per week | Salary: £36,000 + van, fuel card, and generous holidays

Hyde Housing is looking for a reliable and experienced Carpenter Multi Trader to join our dedicated Property Maintenance team. You'll be responsible for delivering first-time-fix repairs across our residential properties, helping us maintain high standards and happy customers.

• Carrying out quality carpentry work, with additional basic plumbing and tiling as needed

• Working independently in domestic environments across CR and BR postcode areas

• Attending Monday toolbox talks at our Rochester depot (7:00 am start)

• Maintaining a high standard of customer service with every visit

• Strong carpentry skills with basic plumbing and tiling ability

• Experience operating a first-time fix service

• Experience working in residential/domestic settings

• Your own tools - we’ll provide the van, uniform, and fuel card

• £36,000 annual salary

• 39-hour work week

• 26 days holiday + bank holidays

• Company van + fuel card
