Up to £34,000 & company van + fuel card

Hyde is looking to recruit a Carpenter Multi Trader.

As a Carpenter Multi Trader at Hyde you will be working within our Property Services Team to carry out maintenance and repairs, ensuring our properties are maintained to the highest standard.

We’d like our Trader to:

• Have excellent carpentry skills
• Have knowledge and some skills in plumbing
• Have basic skills and knowledge in further trades for example: painting & decorating, plastering, etc.
• Have access to your own tools.
• Be punctual and reliable.
• Be a strong team player with a good work ethic.
• Have experience of social housing (desirable)
