Carpenter MultiWestminsterMobile Van and fuel supplier£34 - 38k based on experienceCity & Guilds / NVQ 2 and blue CSCSWe're looking for askilled and experienced Carpenter & Multi Trader to join a busy socialhousing maintenance contractor working throughout Westminster.You'll be working inoccupied and void residential properties carrying out general carpentry repairsand installations as well as other associated maintenance tasks including;basic plumbing (fitting sinks, changing taps, basic leaks, blockages etc), tilingwork (splashbacks, small areas) and painting workWhat you need;

• City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 minimum - Carpentry
• CSCS Blue card
• Full UK driving license
• Happy to be available on call out of hours 1 week in 4
• Previous experience in residential / social housing maintenance
• Skilled and competent in all aspects of domestic carpentry repairs and installations
• You'll have a good level ability in other residential trades such as basic plumbing, tiling, decorating etc
• You'll be a dependable and hard working team member who is confident dealing with residents in a friendly and professional manner.
