Carpenter / JoinerIslington, North LondonCirca £37000 - £38000 per annumRole Overview:Join our trades and engineering team as a Carpenter / Joiner based in Islington, North London. Responsibilities:

• Execute Carpentry works and related trade duties as directed by the Supervisor.
• Work on Responsive, Planned, Empty Homes, High-Value Repairs, or Capital Repairs to the highest standard.
• Efficiently plan and organize workload for optimal productivity and exceptional customer service.
• Handle urgent and emergency repairs, ensuring timely appointments and target achievement.
• Communicate promptly about unforeseen issues or delays that may impact daily appointments.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Recognized C&G Apprentice trained in Plumbing NVQ level 3 or equivalent.
• Multi-skills training to a minimum of NVQ3 or a willingness to undergo training.
• Possess a Blue Craft CSCS Card or commit to obtaining it before employment commences.
