Carpenter - Reed : Job Details

We are seeking two experienced and qualified Carpenter Multis to join our Clients Property Team. This role is ideal for individuals who are skilled in various forms of carpentry and enjoy working on the road. A business use van and fuel card will be provided to ensure you are not out of pocket during travel.

• Carry out all forms of carpentry repairs in properties as part of our Responsive Repairs Team.
• Perform both 1st fix and 2nd fix carpentry tasks.
• Install windows, doors, and door frames, both internal and external.
• Conduct UPVC servicing and installation.
• Handle locksmithing tasks including lock snapping, drilling, and picking.
• Construct all types of fencing, including posts, feather edge, chain link, and panels.
• Fit and build kitchens, including minor joinery tasks.

• Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within the Residential/Housing sector.
• Qualified to a minimum of NVQ level 2 in Carpentry, or have a minimum of 5 years proven track record in the field.
• Strong health and safety mindset with knowledge of best practices.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Full and current driving licence with a minimum of 1 year's driving experience.
• Ability to drive and take home a company van.
