Venn Group are working with a school to recruit the services of a Caretaker for maintenance upkeep on the school site. You'll be covering three local sites working closely with the Facilities Manager to esnure the smooth running of all Estates Operations!

Salary: £23,000 – £25,000 per annum

Length: Permanent 

Location: Berkshire

The successful candidate will:

• Be responsible for the security and maintenance of the school site
• Ensure the school is compliant with current legislations and site safety
• Undertake routine inspections and daily maintenance checks

The successful candidate will have:

• Full driving licence
• Experience in a maintenance position
