Career Receptionist Central London£35,000We’re looking for a Career Receptionist to be the face and heartbeat for our client based in the Central London. You will deliver a first class reception experience and ensuring the day to day operations of our workplace run seamlessly.The Role:
- Welcome guests and coordinate meetings, ensuring rooms are presentation ready
- Manage reception, meeting spaces, switchboard, post, and courier services
- Order supplies, maintain communal areas, and oversee maintenance and cleaning contractors
- Support with health & safety (Fire Warden/First Aider duties)
- Arrange and coordinate catering for breakfast and lunch meetings
- Assist with admin tasks and internal events
The Person:
- Confident, customer focused front of house professional
- High attention to detail and a calm, organised approach
- Strong communicator with a friendly, professional manner
- Flexible, self motivated, and a natural problem solver
- Previous experience in a receptionist, office coordinator, or facilities role is ideal
