Care Worker - Randstad Care : Job Details

Randstad is representing a reputable company in Inverness & is seeking Care Workers to join their multi-disciplinary team. We have permanent part-time, and full-time positions available across day and night shifts!

In this vital role, you will:

• Provide personal and intimate care and assist with equipment.

• Act as a key worker, compiling and reviewing care plans.

• Promote service users' mental and physical activity and monitor their nutritional needs.

• Maintain a high standard of the service users' physical environment and their personal clothing and effects.

• Liaise with health professionals at times of illness or end-of-life care

• Be responsible for reading and writing reports in line with SSSC codes of conduct.

• Work on a rota basis, which includes weekend and evening work.

What you'll need:

• Ideally, an SVQ 3 in Social Care (or be willing to achieve it).

• Basic computer literacy skills (Microsoft Office and internet).

• The ability to be respectful of Christian ethos

• Registration with the SSSC and membership in the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme.
