Nursing Home Manager – Canterbury, Kentup to £75,000 per annumWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Nursing Home Manager to lead a medium-sized, well-established service in Dover. Rated “Good” by CQC, the home benefits from a stable and supportive team. The priority for this role is to drive occupancy and strengthen the home’s local presence, while maintaining excellent care standards.About the Role:

• Lead the home and ensure compliance with CQC regulations.
• Drive occupancy through local engagement and marketing.
• Inspire and support the staff team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
• Manage budgets, staffing, and resources effectively.

About You:

• Preferably an active NMC PIN (RGN or strong non-clinical managers also considered).
• Proven experience as a Home manager.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Demonstrable success in increasing occupancy.
