We are looking for a Registered Home Manager to join us at our home Milngavie Manor Care Home. Our luxurious Milngavie Manor Care Home in Milngavie provides award-winning residential care, dementia care, nursing care and respite breaks in LOCATION.

What you’ll be doing:

• Operate efficiently and effectively to lead and manage the day to day running of the care home.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality care services to residentsEnsure the care home complies with all relevant legislation and is always of at least a good or equivalent standard as measured by the regulatory body.
• To act as a role model leading by example in attitude, behaviour and conduct.
• Conduct regular assessments and reviews of residents' needs and update care plans accordingly.
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals, families, and external agencies to provide holistic care.

Could you be part of our team?

The successful applicant will be/have:

• Registered Home Manager with experience in a similar setting.
• Proven track record working successfully in a care home. (Elderly setting).
• Strong commercial acumen.
• Knowledge of CQC & Local Authority requirements.
• Excellent leadership skills
• Possess committed and organised approach.
• A confident communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
