SureCare has been providing care services across the UK since 1994, and our Richmond and Kingston branches have been operating since 2008 with a consistent "GOOD" rating in all CQC inspections. We are seeking a dedicated and committed Care Coordinator. Key Responsibilities:

- Administer and coordinate care services and scheduling.

- Collaborate with and support Team Leaders and the management team.

- Assist in recruiting care assistants.

- Engage in business development to foster the company's commercial growth.

- Ensure that documentation for clients and caregivers is up to date.

- Support the operation of the out-of-hours on-call service as needed.

- Participate in care calls in case of emergency.

Qualifications:

- Must hold a full driving license and have access to a vehicle.

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in the care sector (preferred coordinator experience).

- Office experience in the care sector.

- Must live locally to Kingston to attend on-call services.

- Must have a Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care or be willing to work towards achieving this.

- Excellent planning and organisational skills, along with strong administration experience.

- Proficiency in care planning.

- Excellent communication skills, calm demeanour, patience, and a team player mentality.
