Responsibilities

As a Care Co-ordinatoryour key responsibilities will include:

  • Producing efficient care assistant schedules across the patch
  • Ensuring continuity for our customers’ care visits
  • Creating and implementing our permanent schedule
  • Supporting the office team with setting up new customers
  • Coaching, mentoring, and supporting our care team
  • Managing and exceeding our customer expectations
  • Ensuring our high-quality standards are upheld
  • Rising to the challenge of last-minute rota changes
  • Some on-call duties

Requirements

  • Proven knowledge of logistics
  • Good knowledge of the local area

  • To monitor and analyse the effectiveness of all scheduling
