Responsibilities

As a Care Assistantyour key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with personal care and daily living tasks
• Supporting meal preparation and light household duties
• Helping with medication in line with care plans
• Monitoring and reporting changes in health or wellbeing
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Keeping accurate care records

Requirements

• Compassionate, patient, and respectful approach to care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• UK driving licence and use of a car for work
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends
