You would be working in our small, luxury care home helping our residents to make the most of their lives.

£12.45 - £16.56 per hour plus overtime rates and bonuses

As an employee-owner, you would share in the 20% of dividends given to staff.

Hours by agreement.

You do not need experience as full training will be provided.

Unless you have one already, you will need to undertake the Care Certificate and monthly paid training.

All your required skills will be the vocational ones you have or will achieve as part of building your care experience, but we will help you to hone them.

We want to help make our care home a calm and fun place for our residents, so if you are calm and fun too that is a great start. You also need to be a team player, punctual, scrupulously honest and be someone who takes pride in their appearance and doing a great job.

Care can be physically and emotionally demanding, but with clients and families who really appreciate what you do, it is also very rewarding.
