Average earnings £50k OTE

Job Summary:

The Car Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales of both new and pre-owned vehicles, assisting customers through the buying process, and ensuring a positive, personalized car-buying experience. This role involves meeting sales targets, demonstrating vehicles, negotiating deals, and building strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cars, excellent communication skills, and a drive to meet and exceed sales goals.

• Experience:
  • Previous experience in automotive sales, retail, or customer-facing roles is highly preferred.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is an advantage.
• Skills:
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, digital tools, and automotive sales software.
  • Knowledge of vehicle features, specifications, and financing options.
• Licensing:
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
