Sales Executive

Location:Hinckley, UK

Package:£22,000 basic salary (with a guarantee that total earnings will meet or exceed the National Living Wage for all hours worked)

OTE - £48,000+ | Top performers £60,000+

We’re recruiting on behalf of a high-volume used car supermarket based in Hinckley. With a large vehicle stock and daily appointments generated through online and telesales teams, this is a fast-paced environment suited to driven individuals with proven sales experience.

This is a great opportunity for someone confident in closing deals, delivering excellent customer service, and motivated by high earning potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in the showroom, guiding them through the sales process
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles and finance packages
• Conduct test drives and present value-added products
• Deliver excellent service throughout the sales journey
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in face-to-face sales (automotive or similar retail/sales)
• Target-driven and confident in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Customer-focused with attention to detail
• Full UK driving licence
• FCA accreditation (can be provided during onboarding)
