SPR are proud to be recruiting for a Car Park Attendant for our esteemed client, with positions available in the vibrant Liverpool area, this will be on a Temporary assignment.Location: Liverpool, L2Rate: £11.82p/hWorking Hours: Shift basisKey Responsibilities

• To ensure the efficient and effective operation city wide of the clients Pay & Display parking, off street parking (including multi storey and Pay on Foot car parks) within the designated Permitted parking Area/Controlled Parking Zone in accordance with the Road Traffic Act 1991.
• To carry out mobile patrols throughout the day at locations in accordance with policies and procedures city wide.
• To authorise in accordance with policies and procedures the immobilisation or removal of vehicles parked in contravention of Traffic Regulation Orders.
• To record and report in accordance with policies and procedures defects in lines signs, other parking equipment, general repair and maintenance matters, defects in street furniture, standards of cleanliness and other problems detrimental to the parking area
• and public safety.
• To wear a uniform as issued and in accordance with policies and procedures.
• To work outdoors throughout the day in all weathers
• To attend hearings when required in accordance with policies and procedures.
• To assist with the temporary suspension/closure of parking areas/car parks.
• To provide general advice and guidance to members of the public
• To utilise and be responsible and accountable for radio and Handheld Computer Terminals or other equipment as supplied to.
• To undertake any other duties associated with the post or service provided.
