Car Finance Broker - Warm Leads Only | OTE £70k | Borehamwood (Office Based)Basic Salary: £21,000 + Uncapped CommissionMonday to Friday, Occasional SaturdayShift Options - 9am-6pm / 10am-7pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences
• Build rapport quickly with customers and understand their needs
• Match customers with finance options from our established panel of lenders
• Close deals efficiently while meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Maintain and manage a strong pipeline and follow-up processes

What We’re Looking For:

• MOTOR INDUSTRY or TELESALES (essential).
• Objection Handling skills
• Strong closing skills and a consultative approach.
• HUNGER! DRIVE! RESILIENCE! To Achieve very realistic targets, CONSISTENTLY!
• Proven experience in sales and delivering exceptional customer service
• A passion for hitting targets and climbing the leaderboard
• Natural ability to build rapport quickly
• Energetic, positive, and team-oriented approach
