Calling All LSA Drivers – We're Hiring Across Essex!

Are you a passionate, patient, and proactive LSA with a full UK driving licence? We're looking for dedicated professionals to join our growing network and support incredible young people with additional needs this September 2025.

We currently have urgent and ongoing vacancies to support students.

Many of our students are neurodivergent (ASD, ADHD, SEMH), and need 1:1 or 2:1 support both at home and in the community. Having access to your own vehicle will allow you to play a vital role in helping them access tailored learning, build confidence, and gain independence.

We’re especially keen to connect with those who:

• Have experience working with SEND (or a passion to learn)
• Are calm, creative, and consistent
• Can build strong, trusting relationships with young people and families
• Are available part-time or full-time from September
• Can drive and are willing to travel within the local area
