Job Description :

Our client is looking for a Call Handler.  The role is Monday – Friday 8am-12pm 12 weeks initally but could be extended

Call Advisor Role – Enhanced DBS is required. 

 Location: Norwich, St Andrews Business Park 

Its for a new service which we are trialling taking calls from Patients and entering details onto a GP’s website

About the Role and Responsibilities: 

  • Answer operational calls that come into the contact centre. 
  • Provide accurate assistance over the telephone using appropriate software/triaging tools and logging accordingly. 
  • Book services via other organisations. 
  • Interaction with public and professionals. 
  • Some patients might be difficult to handle with sensitive subject matters. 

Call Handler Qualities: 

  • Happy to undertake an Enhanced DBS check 
  • Reliable 
  • A great telephone manner 
  • Good use of computers 
  • Strong listening skills 
  • An empathetic nature
