About the Role:

As Buyer, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the timely and cost-effective procurement of goods. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, NPD, and Marketing to support business growth and deliver value.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best terms and quality

Manage supplier performance and build long-term strategic relationships

Monitor market trends and identify new sourcing opportunities

Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and manage inventory levels

Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in a Buying role within Food or FMCG

Strong negotiation and analytical skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Commercially astute with a proactive mindset

Proficiency in procurement systems and Excel
