Business Systems Analyst - Evolve Selection Ltd : Job Details

Evolve is recruiting for an ambitious and highly motivated Business Systems Analyst to join a market-leading Ophthalmology organisation working alongside the Head of Technology & Information Systems. In this role, you’ll analyse business needs, implement process changes, and deliver innovative systems solutions across international teams.

As a key member of the team, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders across the UK, Ireland, and the US, using your strong analytical and technical skills to streamline processes, oversee and execute a multitude of projects, support system integration, and drive data-led decision-making.

This is a full-time remote position, with occasional travel required to their head office in South East England, Ireland and the US.

What’s on offer?

Excellent Salary & Benefits: £45,000 - £55,000 basic salary based on experience, plus a range of other benefits!

Ideal Requirement for the Business Systems Analyst

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Experience in working with BI, ERP and CRM tools is essential
• Familiarity with the full software project lifecycle and systems implementation
• Strong business analyst skills to accurately determine business requirement
• You must be eligible to work in the UK / Ireland

Role Responsibilities for the Business Systems Analyst

• Identify and deliver Business Solutions and requirements in line with the business demands through continuous improvement.
• Ensure the solutions are practical, achievable, cost effective and meet company objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritise business requirements for system enhancements and new projects.
• Analyse existing business processes to identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and optimization.
• Design and document system requirements, including data models, user interfaces, workflows, and integration points.
