Business Systems Analyst - Insurance (P&C) | £300-£350/day | Outside IR35 | 12-Month Contract | Hybrid - London

Role Overview:

We're looking for a Business Systems Analyst with strong technical skills and deep domain knowledge in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance. This is a long-term opportunity to work on high-impact Agile projects, bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and optimize relational databases; write complex SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
• Conduct in-depth Insurance Data Analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and data models.
• Collaborate with Agile teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and data.
• Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Support system enhancements, data migrations, and reporting initiatives.

Required Experience:

• 5-10 years as a Business Systems Analyst, ideally within the Insurance sector.
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL, database design, and data analytics.
• Proven background in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance systems and workflows.
• Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills - able to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
