Hours: Variable/ad-hoc (average 22.5 hours per week)Working Pattern: Over 7 days, including weekends

About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our clients team at a new 80-bed reablement service providing short-term care and support to Sandwell residents. In this role, you will deliver essential business support and administrative functions to ensure the Integrated Social Care & Health Centre operates to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver an effective, efficient, and professional front-line service to staff and visitors.

  • Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Support the team with general administration tasks, including document preparation and record-keeping.

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues while also using your own initiative.

  • Communicate confidently with a range of staff, service users, and visitors.

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Driven and results-oriented, with a positive approach to challenges.

  • Able to work flexibly, including weekends, to meet service needs.

  • Comfortable managing multiple demands effectively.

  • A clear and professional communicator with strong interpersonal skills.

Essential Requirements

  • OCR Level 2 (or equivalent) in Word Processing.

  • GCSE grade C or above (or equivalent) in English and Maths.

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative/business support role.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
