We're seeking a dedicated individual to join us on a 3-month contract with the potential for extension. As a Business Support Administrator, you'll play a vital role in our Children, Education, and Justice Services Department.Position: Business Support AdministratorContract: 3 months with possible extensionHourly Rate: £12.81Part-Time: 20.5 hours per week (hours can be flexible)Location: Edinburgh City CentreKey Responsibilities:
  • Providing essential business support to our Education sector
  • Facilitating bulk supply recruitment for schools
  • Administering school excursions efficiently
  • Handling Freedom of Information requests with diligence
  • Managing finance tasks including order processing and invoicing
Requirements:
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proficiency in office software applications
  • Prior experience in business support/administration is desirable
