Salary: £50,000 - £64,000 (Dependent on Experience)

This role is ideal for an ambitious professional who is confident managing client relationships, reviewing work, and mentoring junior staff, while continuing to develop their own career in a respected and forward-thinking practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a varied portfolio of clients, ensuring high-quality service and timely delivery
• Reviewing accounts, management information, and VAT returns prepared by the team
• Providing strategic business advice and guidance to clients
• Leading, mentoring, and supporting junior team members
• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships

Skills & Experience:

• ACA/ACCA Qualified with proven post-qualification experience
• Minimum of six years’ experience working within a UK Practice environment
• Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and business advisory work
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
