Business Services Manager - Brighton.

We’re looking for an ambitious, forward-thinking Business Services Manager to oversee a varied portfolio of growing businesses. If you enjoy working closely with clients, leading teams, and driving meaningful improvements, this is for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage a portfolio of business clients, reviewing work and advising on growth opportunities

  • Oversee deadlines, WIP, and billing in collaboration with senior leadership

  • Attend client meetings (in person and virtually)

  • Support with ad hoc projects and business development initiatives

  • Mentor, train, and support junior team members — including line management

What We’re Looking For

  • ACA or ACCA qualified, with 2+ years’ post-qualified experience in practice

  • Strong technical knowledge across accounts, tax, and cloud software (e.g. Xero)

  • Skilled communicator with a passion for building relationships

  • Confident team leader with people-development experience

  • Organised, self-motivated, and commercially aware
