About the Role:
- In this role, you will play a vital part in attracting, recruiting, and retaining exceptional staff across various schools. As a Resourcing Business Partner, you will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to define resourcing needs, promote the employer brand, and implement a new direct sourcing model. Your innovative approach will be essential in building talent pipelines, enhancing the candidate experience, and supporting current teams through manager upskilling, turnover reduction, and improved retention strategies.
- You will have full ownership of all recruitment activities, managing high-volume recruitment while also taking a hands-on approach to senior hires and headhunting. Your responsibilities will include establishing effective talent channels, driving creative hiring campaigns, and providing market insights to hiring managers.

- A proven track record in candidate attraction, headhunting, and selection, including for senior roles.
- Excellent selection, assessment, and stakeholder management skills.
