Our client is seeking a Business Process Architect to join them on a FinCrime project.
A strong background in Financial Crime and Banking is essential, as well as exposure to Blueworks Live / Signavio or other business process management (BPM) tools.
You will need strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, as well as expertise in business process management tools as you will be analysing, designing, and optimizing business processes to align with strategic goals.
- Role: Business Process Architect
- Rate: £625 per day (inside IR35)
- Location: Hybrid (2/3 days per week in office) – office in Central London
- Startdate: ASAP
- Current end date: 31st December 2025 (with scope to extend)
Key Responsibilities
- Documentation, analysis, and re-engineering of current business processes to optimize for speed, cost, and efficiency.
- Develop and implement a structured approach to business process management (BPM), ensuring processes are scalable, measurable, and adaptable to change.
- Collaborate with business units and technical teams to ensure that processes align with customer needs, regulatory requirements, and organizational goals.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive process maps and documentation
- Partner with business stakeholders at all levels to gather requirements, define scope, and gain consensus for process changes.
- Align organizational structure, capabilities, and initiatives with strategic goals to drive operational excellence.
- Evaluate areas for improvement, recommend solutions, and lead the delivery of cross-functional improvement programmes.
- Ensure processes and solutions comply with industry standards and best practices.

- Proven track record of re-engineering and optimizing business processes for large financial institutions
