As a Finance Business Partner, you'll go beyond the numbers-providing critical insight and meaningful analysis to shape strategic decisions across the business. • Deliver accurate and timely management accounts and financial forecasts

• Provide actionable insights to stakeholders and support informed decision-making

• Act as a valued finance liaison across departments, ensuring regulatory compliance and commercial value

• Drive improvements in cashflow forecasting, reporting, and financial systems

• Build strong working relationships to influence and support financial control

• Prepare and deliver VAT returns, monthly reporting packs, and KPI dashboards

• Support internal teams with financial training and systems understanding

• Contribute to audit processes and help refine month-end and year-end frameworks

• ACCA or CIMA qualified (or in final stages)

• Experience in management accounting, budgeting, and forecasting

• Confident working with non-finance teams and translating complex data clearly

• Exposure to purchase ledger, cashiering, VAT returns, and audit preparation

• Comfortable working cross-functionally in a dynamic, evolving business

• Strong academic background in a numerical subject

• Experience with Microsoft Navision
