This is a fantastic opportunity for a fluent Russian/English-speaking Personal Assistant to join a fast-growing new technology start-up based in the heart of London. You will be sharp, quick, and efficient, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels and navigate your way within a fast-paced, fast-growing work environment. The role is London office-based, but the client may consider relocating the right candidate if you are based abroad and are willing to come to the UK.
Responsibilities
• Data Entry: Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in a variety of databases and spreadsheets
• Contact Management: Assist in managing and updating contact lists, including customer and supplier information (Excel and AirTable)
• Zoom Coordination: Schedule and manage Zoom meetings, including sending invitations and ensuring all necessary details are provided
• Word Processing and Document Processing: Prepare, edit, and format text, documents, and presentations as needed
• Data Mining: Conduct online research to gather relevant information as requested by a manager (e.g., company profiles)
• Excel Management: Create, update, and manage Excel spreadsheets to support business intelligence and reporting
• Analytics Support: Assist in compiling and analysing data for business reports and presentations
• Document Translation: Translate documents as needed
• Minute Preparation: Assist in taking and preparing meeting minutes
• Data Storage Management: Organise and manage data storage systems to ensure data integrity and availability (Notion)
• Letter Preparation: Compose and prepare business correspondence and letters as required
• Calendar Analytics: Assist in populating the CEO's calendar and provide analytical support related to calendar management
