Business Manager – Hinckley£26,000 basic salary with on-target earnings of £44,000+Full-time – 42.5 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 on a rota

We’re looking for a confident and experienced finance professional to join a busy vehicle sales team in Hinckley. This role is all about helping customers find the right funding options while supporting the wider sales process.

What you’ll be doing:

• Acting as the go-to person for finance during the sales process
• Helping customers understand and choose the right funding options
• Managing finance leads and working closely with sales teams
• Building strong relationships with lenders and staying up to date with their systems
• Advising on finance products and ensuring compliance
• Supporting overall finance performance and income generation

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in motor finance or a similar regulated sales role
• A strong track record of hitting finance targets and converting leads
• Confident and professional phone manner
• Ability to build trust quickly with customers
• Previous experience as a Business Manager or Sales Manager is a plus
• Good understanding of finance products and FCA regulations
