Business Manager – Automotive Retail

£30,500 basic + uncapped OTE (£61,000+) + Company Car

I'm working with a high-performing automotive retailer in Brentford to recruit an experienced Business Manager to support their busy new and used car operation. This is a great opportunity for someone currently working as a Business Manager, Transaction Manager, F&I Manager, or Sales Controller within a main dealer environment.

You'll be responsible for leading the finance and insurance (F&I) performance across both the new and approved used car departments. The site enjoys high enquiry levels and a strong customer base, so we're looking for someone who can coach, motivate, and support the sales team to convert every opportunity and drive F&I penetration.

Key responsibilities:

• Supporting and coaching Sales Executives to maximise finance, insurance, and add-on product sales
• Second-facing customers and stacking deals to close transactions efficiently
• Working with senior management to ensure F&I compliance and performance
• Carrying out accurate part-exchange valuations and contributing to stock decisions
• Supporting audits and other sales process improvements

We're looking for:

• A proven track record in a Business Manager or similar F&I role within a main dealer
• A strong understanding of retail sales processes and FCA compliance
• Someone who can lead by example and thrives in a high-volume, customer-focused environment
• Full UK driving licence (essential for company car use and test drives)

What’s on offer:

• £30,500 basic salary
• Uncapped commission with OTE around £61,000+
