Business Manager

£35,000 per annum + Car Allowance

Acorn by Synergie is working with a well known Wholesale Foods and Drinks company based in Chepstow who are looking for a Business Manager to join their team.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Head of Sales and will be responsible for delivering sustainable, profitable sales by creating opportunities to sell more to current customers and deliver service excellence, while at the same time identifying and converting prospect customers.

Qualifications & Requirements:

* Previous experience in similar roles.

* Relevant Sales qualifications or Business qualification to A level standard or equivalent.

* Food service, Retail or Hospitality experience.

* Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

* Excellent understanding of foodservice / hospitality / catering industry.

* Experience is a field sales role is preferred but is not essential.

* Experience using Power BI.

* Valid full UK driving licence.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and develop profitable business with new customers to increase market share and size of the market within the region.

* Ensure all Company Standards' are adhered to with evidence to support compliance.

* Manage the relationship with the customer and ensure all queries and issues are dealt with in order to retain the customer's long term loyalty.

* Communicate across the Specialist Business and other business areas (FTM and National) to ensure there is a co-ordinated approach and activity with the customer.

* Comply with the Company Health & Safety Policies.

* Work to KPI's
