AMS is the world's leading provider of Talent Acquisition and Management Services. Our contingent Workforce Solutions (CWS) service partner with NatWest to support contingent recruitment processes.

On behalf of NatWest, we are looking for a Business Insights and Change Analyst for a 6 month contract based in London or Edinburgh, 2 times per week in the office.

NatWest is a major UK retail bank, providing every day banking services to over 17 million retail customers. The banks expertise and services span across Business Services, Corporate banking, Wealth Management, Group Functions, Retail and Investment Banking.

Join us as a Business Insights and Change Analyst:

You will be involved in supporting the delivery of Pan-Bank Customer Segmentation initiatives, which are critical to enabling strategic transformation across the organisation. In addition, the role supports ongoing business-as-usual (BAU) activities such as performance reporting, brand tracking, target-setting, and campaign evaluation.

What you'll do:

  • Support project and change delivery activities, including: Creating and maintaining project templates and documentation, following up on actions and chasing progress across teams and ensuring timely delivery of tasks and milestones.
  • Assist with customer reporting and BAU processes, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Collaborate closely with the Customer Insights & Excellence team and wider Marketing department.
  • Engage with key stakeholders across the Franchise teams (Retail, Commercial, Institutional Banking) and Functional teams (Product, Data Analytics, etc.)
  • Participate in daily stand-ups to review progress, set priorities, and address blockers.
  • Contribute to quarterly planning sessions.

The skills you'll need:

  • Good customer insight all-rounder with a focus on driving activity.
  • Financial Services background in a Brand/Strategy environment.
  • Experience of delivering customer Segmentation projects would be a distinct advantage.
  • Outstanding stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
  • Experience designing and managing project meeting and reporting.
  • Strong PowerPoint & Excel skills for storytelling.
