We are looking for an experienced Process Improvement Engineer who has a strong electrical bias for a busy manufacturing company in Coventry.

This is an office-based role working closely with the engineering manager.

You will be looking at machinery, systems and processes being used within the factory and project managing ways to improve them. You will be expected to use typical problem-solving techniques such as 5 why, root cause analysis.

It's a key role for this client and urgent that we fill it with the right person.

It's a challenge, there is always something to do, and you will have the complete support from the management team.

The perfect person will have:

• An electrical bias.
• Advanced degree in mechanical engineering.
• Super knowledge of mechanical / electronic fundamentals within manufacturing.
• Good person and computer skills.
• Great attitude.
