Job Description:Job Title: Efficiency Execution AnalystLocation: PuneCorporate Title: Vice PresidentRole DescriptionYou will be joining the TDI RTB COO team within Group COO as the 'Efficiency Execution Analyst' supporting the Efficiency Execution Lead (Director). You will be the working with a number of key stakeholder teams across the bank including: business COO teams, TDI orgs, Procurement and Finance to support the lead with their objective of ensuring that the full portfolio of cost reduction initiatives across the bank-wide software estate and the TDI application infrastructure and EUC estate are taken from 'cradle to grave' from a planning, prioritisation and execution perspective. Your key responsibilities
  • Cross-bank dependency mgmt. & planning of savings initiatives
  • Co-ordination with bank wide stakeholder teams
  • Running a small project office to provide planning governance suitable reporting and analysis
  • Financial tracking of savings initiatives
Your skills and experience
  • 10+ years of technical management, business case development and project office skills
  • A track record of delivering in a highly complex banking environment
  • A strong DB network evidenced across the business divisions, Group COO, Finance and TDI is strongly recommended
  • A thorough understanding of DB's financial processes and organisation construct
  • Strong Relationship Management experience within a financial services organisation
  • Ability to calmly operate in a high-pressure environment
