- Two roles available: Business Development Director and Business Development Manager , both focused on new business growth in workplace pensions.
- Engage directly with key Employee Benefit Consultants and Corporate Advisers to position the organisation as a provider of choice.

Requirements
- For the Director role: Strong network, proven track record in complex new business acquisition, and the gravitas to influence senior stakeholders.
- For the Manager role: Hands-on experience in business development and client engagement within DC pensions, with clear potential to grow.
- For both roles: Strong understanding of UK workplace pensions, confident communication skills, and a credible, relationship-driven approach.
