Business Development Manager - Financial / Professional Services£45,000 - £55,000 OTE £30,000 Uncapped Home-based (Occasional travel to Birmingham)Are you a target-driven Business Development Manager looking for a new opportunity? Elevation Recruitment are working exclusively with this leading organisation that provide qualifications, training, memberships and risk management tools in the Financial Crime and Compliance space. As a BDM you will be completely focused on winning new clients in the Central Europe region so a proven track record in attracting and winning new business is essential. What you need to be successful in this role:

Essential:-

• To be a proven commercial winner with experience delivering in a high-growth international business. 
• To be a skilled verbal and written communicator, experienced operating at Board level both internally and with clients/prospects. 
• To be a resilient and tenacious operator who understands the need for positive persistence.
• To be comfortable presenting at a senior level.
• To be innovative and have strong relationship building experience
• Ability to network well at all levels – internally and externally

Desirable:-

• Experience of the professional training and qualifications sector. 
• Experience selling into the Financial Services and other regulated sectors.
