£45,000 – £55,000 basic OTE £70,000 – £80,000 £5,000 car allowance

The Role

As Business Development Manager, you’ll take the lead in driving growth across Suffolk and surrounding areas. This is a varied, hands-on role that blends new business with account development. You’ll be trusted to:

• Identify and target new opportunities in your sector
• Book, manage and attend face-to-face client meetings
• Build strong, lasting relationships with decision makers
• Deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs
• Manage the sales cycle from first call to signed contract

About you

We’re looking for a motivated, results-driven sales professional who can hit the ground running. You’ll need:

• Proven BDM experience within construction, wastewater, or similar technical industries
• A track record of winning and growing accounts
• Confidence in both cold outreach and consultative selling
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• The drive to deliver against ambitious targets
