Business Development Manager - Coburg Banks Limited : Job Details

Our client is an established coffee roaster based in the Cotswolds. They require a new business focused BDM to lease their equipment into HORECA. They are offering the following

• Basic Salary of upto £40k
• Uncapped commission, realistic OTE £52k
• Car Allowance
• Laptop
• I-Phone

The RoleAs BDM you will be reporting to the Directors and responsible for the following

• Responding to and closing all inbound enquiries
• Generating new business within HORECA throughout the Cotswolds
• Ensuring the customers are happy and well serviced
• Achieving and exceeding growth targets

The PersonThis BDM position requires someone with a proven track record of new business sales. Ideally this should be from selling food or drinks into the HORECA sector. In addition you should be:

• A self starter
• Experienced in managing relationships
• A people person who can build rapport effectively
• Extremely quality focused
