Business Development Manager
Salary: £32,000 – £40,000 per year (DOE) Uncapped Commission
Full-Time | Permanent | Office-Based (with flexibility)

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Identifying and securing new strategic partnerships across multiple sectors
- Building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Crafting bespoke digital and print solutions tailored to partner needs
- Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure top-tier service and delivery
- Representing the brand at industry events and networking opportunities
- Hitting and exceeding sales targets – and being rewarded for it
We’re Looking for Someone Who:
- Has solid sales experience
- Brings creative thinking to open new routes to market
- Communicates confidently – in person, over the phone, and in writing
- Understands client needs and can develop commercially smart solutions
- Is proactive, resilient, and motivated by success
- Works well independently but loves being part of a team
- Is comfortable using CRM systems and sales tracking tools
