About Your Role:

As the Business Development Manager, you'll spearhead the management and cultivation of relationships with top salon customer accounts across the vibrant territory of Cardiff and surrounding areas!

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Build strong client relationships, adding value to salons.
• Assist in implementing marketing activities for sales growth.
• Coordinate brand events during launches and retail periods.
• Ensure premium brand presentation and product promotion in salons.
• Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities and meeting targets.

What Do I Need?

• A full UK Driving License is essential for this role.
• Demonstrable experience in account management within a face-to-face setting.
• Residency in or within close proximity to Cardiff.
