Business Development Manager

A fast-growing financial services company is seeking a Business Development Manager to join their Private Client team. This role is focused on building relationships with mortgage brokers and introducers, while also working directly with private clients who require support with high-value international financial transactions.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys outbound calling, thrives on developing relationships, and is driven by achieving results.

The Role

• Proactively develop new business through outbound calling, networking, and introducer relationships.
• Build strong partnerships with mortgage brokers, IFAs, and property professionals to generate referrals.
• Work consultatively with private clients on overseas property purchases, international mortgages, relocations, and other financial needs.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to onboarding and retention.
• Achieve activity and revenue targets, supported by a clear and rewarding commission structure.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in outbound sales or business development, ideally within financial services, mortgages, or property.
• Confident and competent in outbound calling with the ability to convert conversations into long-term relationships.
• Consultative, professional, and target-driven approach.
• Resilient, motivated, and eager to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
